i need to migrate a App to AZureAD. But there should be two URL one for Public facing and other to Admin role.

Can two URL is configured in Azure SSO for Application. 

1. One is for internet/public facing anyone can access.

2. For Admin role Limited access for only 30 people. ( would relay state is a option to go for my requirement or else suggest a opinion )
