SSO with ADFS

Hi,

we implemented ADFS to use SSO and it worked very well.

However, we are using sharepoint at 0365 and we want to provide access for external users.

When trying to use a user from our federated domain (company.com.br), when the user accesses external a box appears asking for username and password.

We tried to create the user in AD Azure so that the text box is not displayed, but a warning appears saying that users in the domain (company.com.br) are federated and cannot be created.

So, we are in doubt:

1) Is there any option for when the user is on the external network this text box asking for username and password does not appear? We believe that not because it is necessary for 0365 to authenticate in the domain to which the federation was established.

2) Can we add a new domain at 0365 and create users directly in AD Azure, so the federation text box will no longer be displayed?
