Custom Password Complexity policy

Hi,

Is there a way to create a custom password policy used in Azure Active Directory. For example, is it possible to implement a policy that requires that the minimum password length is 10 characters?

From this link I can see what the default policy is and that you can change the expiry duration and expiry notification, but I can't see if there is a way to create a custom password policy.
