The article about branding guidelines for integrated applications (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/azure/dn132598.aspx) references for files (three images and a stylesheet file).
Referencing those files from the page or from other places return 404. As I'm "willing" to use those files for our application, is there any other chance to get those files?
