Hi all.
I keep prompting wrong username and password on the AD connect even when my username and password is correct. I had checked that the account which was used for ADConnect was not a Microsoft account. I also checked that I had assigned Global administrator to the user but I'm still encountered the same issue.
I tried with login in to the same account to the azure portal with the ADConnect account.
When I tried that, I will be prompted to register the user to Azure portal. Once I registered, The account will become a Microsoft account.
My network is quite a plain setup.
On-Prem AD > FW > Internet.
My AD Server is able to reach Internet.
I asked the support and they asked me to log a case here.
May I know how to resolve this?
