No Seeing Subscription/AD for co-Administrator

I have a client that has an Office 365 account. I have also created an Azure environment for them. They would like our company to manage all this for them. We have an existing Azure account ourselves and would like that account to be able to view the client's. Here's what we have done so far:

Client Side:

  • Added our account as a Global Admin in the client's AD (through the Azure Portal)
  • Added our account as a Co-Administrator to the client's Subscription. 

Logged in on our account and can see nothing. No Subscription, no objects and no AD. I have checked the subscription filter and nothing. What am I doing wrong?

Our login is a Microsoft Account for our 365 as well.
