Unable to Acess Azure API AppService using Active Directory

I'm new to Azure API App Service. I want to consume the Azure API Service in my WPF application. I'm unable to access my API. I get the error called "{"AADSTS65005: The client application has requested access to resource 'https://officepointapisengineering.azurewebsites.net'.
