Windows Azure Authentication, An error occurred while processing your request

I got all the way thru the walk through on Windows Azure Authentication. (http://www.asp.net/vnext/overview/fall-2012-update/windows-azure-authentication) Until the last step Publishing to Azure.

And I get this error when trying to navigate to the website. Any ideas. I originally used TFS connector to publish but I republished from VS. Both gave me the same error. Any Ideas?
