Permission to Other Applications section not visible

I am taking few lessons on Azure AD. In one of the lessons I see a demo where a NATIVE application type to call an Azure AD webapi it has to add that web api app in "Permissions to other applications" section. But in my Azure Native App I do not see a section by the name "Permissions to other applications". 

Can some one point to the place in Azure section? Is this renamed in the current version to something else?
