Enable single sign-on with Windows Azure AD get Access Denied Error

I am attempting to Enable single sign-on with Windows Azure AD using the Facebook set up wizard.

I was able to get the single log on to work for a few logins yesterday, So at one point in time it worked.

Now I get the following error; I am not aware of any changes made to the Azure AD or the user prior to the error message.

Error  Message:

Access Denied

The user ID that you entered is not recognized. If this is a new account, it may take a few hours before you have access to services.Important: This page does not yet support signing in with a Microsoft account. If you have one already, try signing in again using an account assigned to you by your organization. If you don’t have one, please request a new organizational account from your admin, and then try again.
