Error adding Service Principal to Role: This role does not exist. Check the name and try again.

Trying to add a Service Principal to the User account administrator role as described in: Windows Azure AD Graph and Role-Based Access Control

I have tried using the name option -RoleName "User Account Administrator" with the same result.
