Metadata Capture is Currently in progress

Hi..

I am trying to configure SSO for in-house customer application. I am using password Single sign on to achieve this

I configured Application proxy to make users access this application on internet. During the configuration of SSO, the username and password fields are not being captured and I continuously get the page saying Metadata capture is currently in progress 

Please suggest
