Administrative Units

I am trying to learn about Azure AD administrative units (https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/421056d5-0d4a-4278-9c8c-4c656b9de9e2#BKMK_adminunits) but I don't have any of the commands available to test with.

I did run the command connect-msolservice and am able to use other commands without issue however all of the administrative unit commands are missing.

Any ideas?
