We use O365 E1 and E3 plans, integrated to Azure AD via DirSync - we have no on premise infrastructure. Whilst many of our E3 users remember to reset their passwords when prompted via windows, a fair few do not and our E1 users (with laptops attached to different domains) do not seem to have a mechanism to reset passwords, outside contacting the IT Help Desk with admin assistance.
I've read that WAAD premium features will not work when DirSync is being used, but we do not have the option to use on-premise solutions.
I would like to ask about other options to provide a self service password facility with this setup. Is there a configuration I'm unaware of, an Azue AD feature that is on the near-term roadmap? Am I looking at third party solutions, and if so, are there any recommendations? Or have I missed something key?
Would very much appreciate any guidance the community can offer.
