Problem raise while configuring DHCP in the AD in Azure VM.

Hello everyone

I want to create a lab in Azure for this

1. Create a VM and assign static IP through PowerShell.

2. Assign static IP manually then.

After then I install ADDS and DHCP and when I try to configure DHCP following error will come.

"Failed to open registry key on target computer to set the status of post configuration task.Error: The client cannot connect to the destination specified in the request.Verify that the service on the destination is running and is accepting request consult the logs and the documentation for the WS-Management service running on the destination , most commonly IIS or WinRM. If the Destination is the WinRM service run the following command on the destination  to analys and configure the WinRM Service: winrm quickconfig"

although I run the WS management service running on the destination and I run the cmd also but the issue still persist .

Is there any log file for the same Can anybody please help me out.
