I am following this article.

I have added 2 apps and entered the correct credentials for google and facebook.

When I go to http://myapps.microsoft.com

I then get the following screen and I select facebook and then select install now.

A new tab then appears with this error.

Server Error

404 - File or directory not found.

The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

What is the problem here?  It happens with ie, ie metro, chrome.

I can only get Firefox to work.

Ideas?
