Azure AD Duplex Printing Blocked

I've setup my test system for Azure AD basic and I'm running across the strangest error. I cannot Duplex print. When I try to print duplex, it says that it has been blocked by the system administrator. We'll I did no such thing and I see nothing in the Azure AD dashboard to change it. Any suggestions?
