AADSTS50107 Error. What does it mean?

Hi, I federated a domain with a custom Identity Provider and this was working well until recently.  Now when I login I get the following error.  I've contacted MS support to assist but they were unable to help me in figuring out what this error means. I cannot find any documentation regarding the AADSTS50107 error code.

The information below is what I see on the O365 login page (https://login.microsoftonline.com/login.srf) after the identity provider returns with a token

Sorry, but we’re having trouble signing you in.

We received a bad request.
