How to enable the password sync for dirSync tool

Hi,

When I tried to trigger the full password sync by powershell, below error happened within event view:

Event ID, 6900. Password Synchronization has not been activated for this company

And yes, if I use command Get-MsolCompanyInformation, the password synchronization setting is disabled.

My question is how can I enable password sync by powershell command? My case does not allow me to enable it by running UI wizard.
