Hello, i'm trying to sync an existing local AD and an existing Azure AD.
The problem is all the users have already been set in both AD long before we even tryed to sync them.
The UPN are matching (i've got an user called max@mydom.com on Azure AD and the same user having UPN: max@mydom.com on my local AD before sync), but surprisingly (or not), i just get error report when the sync task execute which says :
"Unable to update this object because the following attributes associated with this object have values that
may already be associated with another object in your local directory services: [UserPrincipalName ULTIMETEST@myerpsupport.com;]. Correct or remove the duplicate values in your local directory. "
My goal is obviously to have a match between these 2 users (which are in fact one) and the system saying "eh they are the same, i'll bind them so when you update one in the local ad i'll make the change in the azure ad too".
I'm well aware i'm probably missing something really really obvious and simple here, but i've been looking for an answer for almost 2 days and everything i found and try ended up failing.
