We are trying to implement SSO functionality in between WAAD and SFDC application as per steps mentioned in

While testing we are facing some following issues
1. WAAD user is not migrated in salesforce account at times due to some reason.
2. Sometimes user sync in salesforce account takes couple of minutes whereas sometimes it takes few hours.
We searched for diagnostics logs in the WAAD to identify the root cause of the issue, but couldn’t find anything.There is no Diagnostic information available anywhere. No tools or no place to look at to see what is going wrong. Is this available anywhere? Whenever users are synced there must be some log entries. Is it possible to access that?
