I am using the example at How to: Use ACS Management Service to Configure an OpenID Identity Provider to register a custom OpenID provider in my AAD Access Control Namespace. Using the example as-is, each new entry displays as "Unsupported OpenID Identity Provider" and cannot be configured.
What is the direction to build on this example to get a configurable OpenID provider registered. I am working toward setting up a customer OpenID provider. I expected once the Identity provider is registered, Realm, Login link text, and optional Image URL can be configured. The message "Unsupported OpenID Identity Provider" and inability to configure these things suggests to me that the provider is not properly registered.
