How to prevent Azure AD users deleted with Graph API from going to recycle bin

We have a scenario where users are being deleted through the graph client, and they end up in the recycle bin. Then we cannot create a new user with the same name until they are force deleted (using PowerShell). This is an issue in our QA environment where as a part of test automation users are being created and deleted programatically.

Is it possible with the graph client to delete a user and force it not to go to the recycle bin? The method AzureUser.DeleteAsync() does not seem to take any paratemers that would do this. Is there a way to accomplish this? Or alternatively is it possible to remove users from the recycle bin using the graph client?
