All users with the latest Windows 8.1 tablets and Internet Explorer 11 cannot successfully log in to myapps.microsoft.com (https://account.activedirectory.windowsazure.com/applications/default.aspx).
After submitting credentials, the access panel appears briefly, and then the browser goes into an infinite loop continually logging in over and over and over. The user is presented with a blank browser and spinning circle that says working ... login ...
working ... login.
This does not happen on Chrome in Windows 8.1 tablets. Affecting all users with Windows 8.1 tablets.
This just started happening 2 days ago. Before then, it was fine.
