I am synchronizing the Azure AD to on-premise AD using ADConnect tool. Also I am aware of dirsync tool. But in that I have to manually synchronize the AD for new users. My requirement is to automatically synchronize both the directories. Please let me know if there is any service which automatically synchronizes the azure AD with on premise AD.
