Moving local server (DC and File Store) to Azure Cloud

Hi there

I am completely new to the whole Azure business and am looking at moving our one DC (we have two) to Azure.  We use Office 365 E4 Enterprise for document access (Sharepoint) and so forth. The idea is to get everything on site to "the cloud" and eventually move our ~130 VMs to some cloud hosting provider too, but for the moment, I just want our one Windows 2008 R2 server up in Azure.

My question is: Where can I find a decent beginners guide to migrating to Azure?  I have no clue where to start... :/
