Get "ACS50000: There was an error issuing a token." using ADFS authentication with ACS

I keep getting an error after successful authentication by AD FS to my demo app page created by VS2012 according to this nice guide I've found in the net (http://mohamadhalabi.com/blogger/?q=http://thedotnethub.blogspot.co.il/2012/12/adfs-20-by-example-part2-adfs-and-acs.html).

If I use Windows Live ID I manage to access the app though. It means something wrong with specific ACS rule/ AD FS configuration (even though the authentication passes, so it might be  AD FS claim rule?).

Inner message indicates: ACS60000: An error occurred while processing rules for relying party 'http://localhost:49243/' using the service identity or identity provider named 'https://<my ADFS server>/adfs/services/trust'.

1) I'm using an IIS server for this app which is not in the domain of my ADFS but a stand alone. Is that matter in case I'm using ACS?

2) I try to configure my app to browse somewhere else than localhost:49243 but could not make it happen. So might it also be the problem? I'm trying to browse it from the IIS server so localhost suppose to work anyway but it will be nicer if I could browse to it from anywhere in the internet...

Any thoughts?

Thanks

Yariv
