assigning license on office 365

Hi, i am facing problem to assign license on office 365. i am using rest api post method in java. it is showing some error like

Exception in thread "main" java.net.SocketException: Software caused connection abort: recv failed
at java.net.SocketInputStream.socketRead0(Native Method)

please can you tell me, how i can resolve this problem
