Azure AD Sync - Populating Alternate Email field with E-mail attribute from Active Directory

I'm synchronizing my AD user objects to Azure using the new sync tool and I would like to auto-populate the Alternate Email Address field in Azure with the E-Mail attribute in AD.  Does someone have a quick reference on how this is done?
