In my company we have a Office365 Subscription with SharePoint online plan 1 and Exchange online plan 1. I was very happy when finally Microsoft release the selfreset password and SSO options by Azure AD, so I activeted in my Subscription and I filled the contact informations required for every account.
All users that have both plans (SharePoint and Exchange) are able to do self-reset, the others with just SharePoint no.
Error message: Account is not enabled for password reset
My question is: Do we need at least Exchange plan to enable selfreset?
