Password Write Back Not working, but no errors

Hi guys, 

I just installed AADSync and set up Azure AD, everything looks fine, PasswordResetService gives me a heartbeat in Event Viewer, says its configured on the password reset config page in Azure AD.

But if I go to the Office 365 dashboard, users, reset password. It resets, gives me a temp password for that user. But never writes that password back to on premise AD. No errors, nothing, just does not happen. 

Any ideas?
