Will microsoft azure support refresh token rotation scheme? i.e., Can we get a new refresh token while requesting for new access token using old refresh token?

We are working on a web application that will have to query azure AD data periodically in order to sync them in our local datastore. For this, we need to have the access to Graph APIs, our application initially gets authenticated with azure and gets the access token and refresh token for the first time .

But the question is we have to have the prolonged access to azure and doesn't want the user to be prompted again to authenticate in case refresh token fails? If microsoft supports refresh token rotation then we can achieve this. So can you confirm this.
