Lync on Azure

I am trying to setup my lync 2013 server on my Azure account associated with my MSDN Ultimate account. I configured separate servers to do this each one a Windows Server 2012 Database edition server. The first server is configured as a dns server as a new Forest with a domain of dns.starofdavidconcepts.com to coincide with what I directed A record to point to that specific domain (I also want to have DNS services to my company computers over the internet). I went ahead and configured the second as an AD CS server. And the 3rd I have ready to install Lync on The problem that I am running into is that even though I created each of these servers in the same affinity network none of them seem to be communicating with each other. I cant connect the rest of them to my domain server. I have also pointed an A record to resolve lync.starofdavidconcepts.com to my lync servers IP once I am able to actually get some level of connectivity. Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong, and how I can fix this issue.
