Dev / Test VMs Shared Active Directory

My organization has an Azure subscription with Azure Active Directory. We also have a number of developers with MSDN subscriptions. We would like to take advantage of the new Windows Azure MSDN benefits, but it appears that each MSDN subscription that we have, creates a separate Azure instance.  Is there any way to consolidate the Azure Instances or a way to share our company's Azure AD instance for use in these dev instances?

We are trying to do SharePoint development in the cloud and would rather not stand up a separate AD instance to do this. Since SharePoint 2013 cannot be installed on a domain controller we are looking for other options.
