Azure AD Sync Service Unable to establish a connection to the authentication service

I am attempting to install AADSyncServices (v.1.0.475.1202). 

Going through the setup, I get to the last page and click on 'Configure'.  I get "Unable to establish a connection to the authentication service. Contact Technical Support".

I did have the old version of sync services running, but no luck with the new version.

Two Events in Application Log 

0- Unable to establish a connection to the authentication service. Contact Technical Support. GetAuthState() failed with -2147186688 state. HResult:0. Contact Technical Support.  (0x80048862).

906- System.Management.Automation.CmdletInvocationException: Unable to establish a connection to the authentication service. Contact Technical Support. ---> Microsoft.IdentityManagement.PowerShell.ObjectModel.SynchronizationConfigurationValidationException: Unable to establish a connection to the authentication service. Contact Technical Support.

I can connect via Powershell and the web page without issue with the same account.

I am running on 2012 R2
