Moving on Azure Active directory with Office365

Hi,

Currently my organization is on Office 365 and here is what I am looking for.

1. Dump existing on premise Active directory and use Windows Azure active directory for all users.

In short we want to move Active directory service completely on cloud with no server on premise. I went through several documents but could not figure some of the things. What I understood is that I can use existing Azure active directory which holds all office 365 users and install ADFS so that users can communicate with AD but what I did not get is how to get all Azure AD users ( all existing office 365 users) or how do I connect ADFS with Windows Azure AD which holds all my company users. I was able to access AD with link active directory.windowsazure.com but not sure how proceed from here? Do I need to install new AD server? do I need to create new network? Any help is appreciated.

2. Moving datacenter on Azure

I was able to test servers and confident that my apps will work but I could not figure out how to manage local server access with specific permission and get users from Windows Azure Active directory.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks.
