MPN Azure AD Vs Office 365 AD

Ware the Microsoft Silver Partner. As a benefit, we get the Microsoft Azure and Office 365. Azure also contains AD and Office 365 account also has AD. Confusion is that, what are the difference between these two AD. ? Whether we can manage office 365 users from Azure AD which we have as a benefit of Partner account?
