Connect-MsolService TypeInitializationException problem

Hi, 

I want to join my domain to WAAD SSO, and I installed WAAD module.

But I got the exception when run Connect-MsolService:

+ Connect-MsolService -Credential $cred -Debug
+ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    + CategoryInfo          : OperationStopped: (:) [Connect-MsolService],TypeInitializationException
    + FullyQualifiedErrorId : System.TypeInitializationException,Microsoft.Online.Administration.Automation.ConnectMsolService
