can one add a second (or third...) Microsoft account holder as co-admin to an azure AD tenant?
we all know that, as was traditional, a live.com account used to administer Azure subscriptions. Then, once Azure AD took over, windowsazure AD accounts from can co-administer the subscription, alongside the older live.com "external" user.
For reasons too long to discuss, I want to add a second Microsoft account as co-admin. how is it done?
if I add a second (or third pre-existing perhaps corporate) directory to a subscription, I don't seem able to nominate any of its users as subscription co-admins - which seems a pain. Is this expected behavior?
the background to all this is "reality" as companies are bought and sold and one has to merge directories, subscriptions, privileged users yada yada. The non-academic stuff, that is.
