I have some problems with DIRSYNC not syncing the password until user has changed his/her password.
Setup: Forest with multiple child domains, only one OU in one child domain is set up to sync with Office 365. No ADFS involved.
The OU that is synced to Office 365 is called SyncOU.
The users that should use Office 365 are moved from the UserOU to the SyncOU and then appears in Office 365 fine. I can assign licenses to the user.
Problem is, the user cannot login. The portal says the user or password is unknown, and the user is unable to activate office2013 or sign in to lync.
If the user changes his/her password and a new (dir)sync is performed, then the user is able to login just fine.
Any solution to this problem?
