I have worked with VS 2K10, 2K12, following WIF and its SDK 4, whenever I create an MVC project, I have the ability to right click the project and find "Add STS" which allows me to add a federated login with Azure after configuring an application, relying party.....and so on and it works fine.I recently setup VS 2013 update 3 on a win 8.1, WIF turned on, Wif SDK 4 also setup but still I can not see the item "Add STS" to my application.

it is is not helping me as it goes in a completly different direction, multi-tenant......which is not my case.
Can you please let me know what is the corresponding procedure in VS 2K13 to the wizard triggered in VS 2K12 and 2K10 when we chose to Click on "ADD STS"Thanks in advance
