Directory Tab and "Create a Directory" not found in "Active Directory" in the Portal

Hi,

I am tyring the Active Directory Services in the Azure Portal.

I clicked on the "Active Directory" tab on the left and in the AD page, I don't see "Directory" tab and the "Create new Directory" links are not showing up.  How do I get it enabled?
