Azure AD B2C Password Reset policy without "email is verified" step in Email Verification steps

Is it possible to customize the email verification steps in Reset Password user-flow to skip "email is verified" step and redirect the user to Change password after the email has been verified successfully. as explained in details below

Step 1: enter the email address for verification 

Step 2: The user receives an email with the verification code then the user copies it in verification code text-box and press verify code.

Step 3 :  After the email has been verified successfully, redirect the user to Change password screen
