in our environment we have Azure AD and Office 365 which used mainly for email services at our organization,so all users in our organization have email account and they are about 2000 employee,now we are going to implement on-premises Windows Server 2016 AD for the user machines, so there is no users till now in the on-premises AD so we want to start sync between our local domain and azure AD and i knew that can de done using Azure AD Connect,however i got an idea why do we have to grab all users to the local domain if there any method that make our user logon to them machines using Azure Ad credential directly it would be great,also i knew that i can start SSO using DS FS Seamless type based on the the local Domain users which already exist.
so if anyone can give me some advice or help on that case i will be so grateful.
