Is it possible to completely clear previously synced users in Azure’s Active Directory? I've synced my domain but noticed when syncing users; it uses the local AD email variable to generate the users Azure user name (Pic1 & Pic2). Ordinarily this wouldn't be a problem but it appears Azure’s user names are case-sensitive.
I've tried deactivating the sync, deleting the user from Azure , making the appropriate changes to the email variable on my local AD server, then re-activating\sync. Unfortunately this didn't regenerate the user name, instead just restored its deleted state.
Any Help would be greatly appreciated,
