WS-FederationMetadata endpoint returning HTTP 404

Hi,

We have a tenant that gets HTTP 404 when we are trying to access WS-FederationMetadata endpoint. We tried both old URL and new URL, but neither of them works. Could you please provide the insight if this can be fixed and what steps we can take if this cannot be fixed?
