How do I assign licenses using GraphAPI ?

I am using ADAL  and ApiVersion 2013-11-08

If I .Add a license to the .AssignedLicenses collection I get

Microsoft.Azure.ActiveDirectory.GraphClient.BadRequestException:Property 'assignedLicenses' is read-only and cannot be set.

(when I call .Update with the user object)

Is there a working Example for adding licenses to a user with GraphAPI ?

This feature was supposed to be in the 2013-11-08 interface
