Azure App registration : AADSTS90015: Requested query string is too long.

Hi Team,

I am trying to set logout URL on Azure for aap registered , 

when user sign in I get  AADSTS90015: Requested query string is too long and it is not clearing cache as well. If I go to OWA access my mail it does let me in without authentication.

Is there a way to force clear cache after signing out from app ? Have you seen above error ?
