AAD Write data to Azure and a seperate resource forest

Hello,

Is it possible to use the latest version of the Azure Active Directory Synchronisation tool to write user data to Windows Azure and to a resource forest containing? So to explain more, the design would be to have Dirsync in the accounts forest syncing users objects to Office 365 and also writing these same users but performing slightly different logic into a resource forest containing Lync or Exchange. Normally a separate instance of FIM is required to do this.
