Multi-Tenant verfication unavailable

Having set up the GraphMultitenantMVCSample sample solution i run into issues while trying to authorize the application.

I followed this tutorial

Finally browsing to the following url to authorize the application

https://activedirectory.windowsazure.com/Consent/AuthorizeApplication.aspx?ApplicationId=912e74c0-be82-4278-8daa-c20a1dcd34b3&RequestedPermissions=DirectoryWriter&ConsentReturnUrl=https%3a%2f%2flocalhost%3a44309%2fAccount%2fHandleSignupConsentResponse

pressing the "Grant" button it says  (in dutch)

that the service is currently offline because of planned maintanance.

I might be doing something wrong... ?
